The full T3 Workplace Ministry training is delivered over an 8-week period, with weekly sessions designed to fit seamlessly into your existing operations. Most organizations begin seeing tangible mindset shifts as early as Week 2, and cultural improvements by Week 6. The program is designed to be low-disruption but high-impact.
Each weekly session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, with optional follow-up activities and reflections. That’s about 1.5 to 2 hours per week, manageable even for the busiest executive teams. We work with you to choose the most convenient schedule for your staff, whether that’s lunch & learn sessions, morning meetings, or after-hours.
